MR Urography

Installation: Unzip uro-mr.zip to a temporary folder. Copy the folder "UroIrm Jar" into the ImageJ plugins folder, restart ImageJ and you can find the plugin at Plugins/MRU/Application.
Description: This is version 3 of the MR Urography plugin which includes the Rohrschneider technique and volumetric assessment of the kidneys. The plugin was designed to edit a report that includes comments, diagnosis and images, in both PDF and html formats.

The zip file includes the user guide (html format), the jar files and the source code. Three jar files are included:

  • "MR Urography Version 3",
  • a "Kidney Volume" tool which is a part of MRU Version 3; it can be used independently,
  • a "Modify ROI" plug-in which allows new ROI modifications using the mouse.
Volume assessment is based on the belief functions developped at the Quant-IF laboratory (Rouen) by:
